Issues and Warrantee

All websites and webshops we build come with a 60 day Apollo Service module.

In order to service you successfully we differentiate all requests into 3 kinds of “issues”.
1: BUGS issue: Functions that are not working as originally was provided on live or issues due to the updating of WordPress/modules/theme.
These issues are part of your WARRANTY and are always free if you have a valid support contract.

2: SUPPORT issue: Questions or problems of WordPress, custom work or module usage.
3: CHANGE issue: A new or improved functionality wish.
These issues you can handle with the included hours of an Apollo contract. If you have only the basic Gemini contract you will be charged by the hour for these changes.
